The Friends of German Culture group is sponsoring the following events for 2006.


• Panoply Global Village-German Pavilion
  April 27-30, 2006
  Downtown Huntsville
  The Huntsville German Community (Friends of German Culture) hosted and staffed a pavilion during the Panoply celebration which conveyed the German Culture via art, music, video, and activities to children, teens and adults alike.

  Various Huntsville city high schools
  In recognition of academic achievement in German language studies, FOGC representatives Al Reiz and Gisela Rieger presented High School German language awards to students from Lee High, Huntsville High, Grissom High, J.O. Johnson High, and Catholic High.
