The 2006 Christmas Luncheon was held in downtown Huntsville, Alabama.

Cost: $ 19.00 Per Person
Program: The Madrigal Singers. A Huntsville Community capella choir of 12 auditioned voices which performed music from all historical periods. Also, Leslie Gesele from Sterling Travel talked to the group about 2007 cruise opportunities on the Queen Mary 2 from New York to Hamburg.
There were two menu choices.
Cost of the meal included: Fresh Rolls, Coffee, Iced Tea & Water
Salad (choice of): New Potatoes and Smoked Salmon or Baby Field Greens with Lemon Vinaigrette. Entrée Choice No. 1: Poached Haddock Served with Rice Pilaf and Asparagus and Beurre Blanc. Entrée Choice No. 2: Grilled Pork Tenderloin served with Braised Red Cabbage and Granny Smith Apple Souce. Dessert: Floating Island. Cash Bar Serving: Selection of House Wines and Domestic Beer
